WHO WE ARE
Young Couples Connection is an energetic group of dedicated Christian couples, with or without children, who are active in a variety of ministries throughout A.U.M.C.

There is no age limit to belong to Young Couples Connection . Rather, it is open for folks to decide if the group is for them

Young Couples Connection Young Couples Connection's primary focus is to fulfill the Spiritual needs, as well as the relationship needs of young married couples During the summer, Young Couples Connection organizes several family oriented activities. These include barbeques, canoeing, dining out and a wealth of other events. Child care can be made available. Our members also take part in bi-weekly Bible studies during the fall, winter and spring. Lessons often focus on practical help for marriage and child-rearing. These have included video taped lectures from renown Christian family and marriage speaker Dr. James Dobson, and the Reverend Adam Hamilton of the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas. Lectures most often are followed with an open discussion. Child care, with Christian activities, are available. With a focus on recreation and fellowship, the men of Young Couples Connection meet every Saturday in the church gymnasium for Open Gym Basketball. This activity is open to everyone at A.U.M.C.! Young Couples Connection also takes part in a prayer chain, via e-mail, for all members to participate.
